Pooja Batra was born on October 27, 1976 in Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh.She is an Indian actress. She shot to fame in the early 90's when she was crowned Miss India in 1993. Her mother, Neelam Batra, was a participant in Miss India 1971. Her father was an army colonel. Pooja Batra is married to an orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Sonu Ahluwalia, and resides in Los Angeles, California.
